Fast and Slow

The thoughts they come,
from I don't know where,
connecting dots,
that's all I care.

My canvas fills,
sometimes a story,
an abstract poetry,
words etched in glory

On a roll, I go solo,
seconds or minutes, high souped tempo.
Sometimes confused, where do I go,
so i stop and slow down the tempo.

The days are all washed up by the rain,
All of a sudden it all comes back again!
